I
moved to Whitefish in the late 70?s from Aspen, CO. When I first came
here, I had only a few needs that I was looking for from my new
community. Great skiing, good whitewater rivers to raft and kayak, and
a population small and friendly enough that you could easily feel at
home.
If I were looking today, I would probably still feel that Whitefish is
the perfect spot. Take the time to look over the links on this page, I
hope they will be a great resource for you now and later when you want
to know ski conditions, special events that are going on in town, water
levels at Glacier Park, or whatever! I wanted this page to be a fun
information source for everyone whether you live in the Flathead
Valley, or are just curious about what's happening here. Enjoy.

The Whitefish Community Foundation - Formed in the year 2000 by a group of dedicated citizens of Whitefish who wanted to create a permenant resource for the needs of local community service organizations. WCF has donated over $1,200,000 to date. |
