Hi, thanks for visiting my website. There's a lot of valuable information about the Flathead Valley, Whitefish, MT, and listings from throughout the Valley you can get to from here, take your time and enjoy. Especially take a look at some of my featured listings, and the MLS Listings. Let me know if you have any questions. I should be able to answer them or get answers for you on anything you need to know. I'm Joe Basirico, for those of you who I haven't met. I've been told a brief biography is appropriate. Basically, my life is like most of yours I base my actions on family, work, and community service.

My family is comprised of LuAnn, my wife, who works at North Valley Hospital, she is deeply involved in the transition to the new hospital Whitefish will soon have. Joe, who lives in Seattle, and has been lucky enough to travel the world for his company, Security Innovations, and Grace, a graduate of Whitefish High School and soon to be freshman at Montana State University. My work is with RE/MAX of Whitefish. I've been in this business for almost twenty years, I'm proud not just of the awards I've received (RE/MAX Hall of Fame, top producer awards, etc.), but of the people that I have helped over the years. I believe that understanding a clients needs, along with knowing the support people that make a transaction run smoothly are the two most critical parts of a stress free experience. Whether it's your first home, a vacation property, or an investment, my commitment to you will be unsurpassed. Lately I have added a new dimension to my business with the demand for residential and commercial development properties, I have completed several interesting transactions which will introduce many new products into the market place.

My community is Whitefish, MT, I believe that a person owes a certain commitment to their town, I've tried to honor that commitment with an effort focused especially on kids. I spent thirteen years working and chairing, a fundraiser for kids with medical problems and insufficient insurance, The Big Mountain Doug Betters Winter Classic. I coached soccer and was president of the Whitefish Youth Soccer Association for at least ten years. Recently I completed my work as president of Project Whitefish Kids, a fund raising effort that raised over $2,000,000 and built a 55 acre youth sports facility in Whitefish. Right now I'm trying to back off a little, my only commitment for the 2006-07 year is as president of the Rotary Club of Whitefish. My wife says I should relax more, easier said than done. |
